Yane Markulev
3D Artist, Chaos

Yane made his first attempts at creating a 3D space in a CAD software when he was still in his early teenage years, around 1997. While studying architecture at the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy in Sofia, this hobby became useful for his university projects. It was then when he also began his professional career for an architectural visualization studio based in the UK with an office in Sofia while at the same time managed to graduate with a masters degree of architecture in 2010. This job gave him the opportunity to create images and films for world-renowned architects like Zaha Hadid and Norman Foster as well as for famous product and automotive brands like Land Rover, Honda, Rivian and others. Eventually CGI became more than a hobby and profession. It was a passion and a way of life.

Antonio Virga
Architect , Antonio Virga Architecture

For Antonio Virga, a successful project is expressed through its simplicity and the emotion it exudes.

Stripped of all superfluity, his compositions convey nobility and poetry in a harmonious whole where light, proportions and the veracity of materials tell the story of the place. Antonio Virga demonstrates that rigour can engender lightness.

In 2012, together with Vincent Parreira, he designed ‘l'Atoll’, France's first commercial eco-park, a multi-prime project that marked the start of a fruitful collaboration. The project was also shortlisted for the Equerre d'Argent. In 2016, they won the Réinventer Paris competition together for the Poterne des Peupliers site. In 2018 Antonio won the AMO award for the CHAI in Cahors and in 2021 the Dezeen Award for Grand Palais, also in Cahors.

Antonio Virga appreciates projects of all sizes, ‘from the little spoon to the city’ (Gio Ponti), and reinforces his refusal to specialize through the diversity of his projects.
