Before joining Chaos, Kam was Vice President of Product Portfolio at SS&C Blue Prism, a global leader in automation software, Chief Product Officer of PlayGen, Head of Visualisation at international architecture firm RMJM, and Graphics supervisor at the BBC. He is a visionary product-focused leader with over 25-years of experience in growing businesses from startups to global enterprises.
Roderick Bates has a proven record of seeking and developing solutions to challenging environmental problems related to the design, construction, and operations of buildings. As the Director of Corporate Development at Chaos, he tracks the needs of Chaos customers, today and tomorrow, working with Strategic Partners, along with Chaos product and R&D leaders, to assess new development opportunities that will shape the future of building design. Prior to Chaos, he led the development and commercialization of software and hardware tools used by the greater the AEC community to improve the environmental and operational performance of buildings.
