Zac Power's next mission is on the bottom of one of the deepest, darkest oceans in the world - a seabed so deep that no submarine could ever get down there. That's why GIB have hidden their system for sending out top-secret information down there. But when Zac's nerdy brother Leon discovers that

the enemy have invented the Sea Devil, a new kind of submarine that can dive further down than any sub, GIB realise this system is now under threat. Zac must chase the enemy's Sea Devil to the bottom of the sea, and somehow guard the area until GIB can disarm the system. It's a good thing Zac's high-tech diving suit comes with electric flippers for high-speed kicking, a stun-zapper for fighting deep-sea fish and a chocolate milkshake tank for energy throughout the mission!
