ZUTONS

The Zutons are an exciting 5-piece band from the Deltasonic label, home of The Coral. Like The Coral they also hail from Liverpool and share the same producer (Ian Broudie) but they are fast carving out their own quirky identity and unique sound and were recently heralded by the NME as one of the Top 10 bands to watch out for in 2004. Lots of other publications have also tipped the band as one of the key acts to watch out for this year.The band talk of their songs mixing 'jazz with funk, and soul with country' and in their line-up they have a female member on sax who adds some ska-like vibes to the proceedings.
