Yet another killer release from this label, and this one has caught the attention of the Music Director of ABC RADIO NATIONAL and producer/Presenter of the Sound Quality Sessions, Tim Ritchie.
Somewhere between Lermon Jelly, Bonobo and Saint Germain, this release is a little heavier on the funk and blues aspect but still holding fast to groove production sensibilities. With both samples and performed vocals from MAHALIA JACKSON, AL JAREAU, LIGHTENING HOPKINS and BUKKA WHITE this is going to be of great interest. Don't sleep on this either.
