Description
Electronics expert Frank Warren (Rutger Hauer) masterminds a multi-million dollar diamond heist with his lover Noelle and long-time friend Sam(James Remar). After hiding the diamonds Frank is brutally shot and left for the authorities by his double-crossing partners. Now imprisoned inan experimental high-tech facility Frank has an explosive collar around his neck that is linked to another inmate. If removed or the collars separated by 100 yards it will explode.
Frank finds Tracy Little (Mimi Rogers), whose collar is linked with his and they escape to collect the diamonds. Relentlessly pursued by the authorities, cruelly hunted by the murderous Sam and Noelle and 100 yards apart means death!
