This fabulous four CD set contains 60 (that's right, SIXTY!) non-album tracks all digitally mastered. Each CD is a fine collection of hard-to-find rarities, remixes, b-sides, and freestyles from one of the best rappers on Earth, MOS DEF! There's a very good chance the 'above average' Mos Def fan hasn't heard most of this stuff. 50% of this set was only released on vinyl in very limited quanities. The 60 non-album tracks are basically everything Mos Def appeared on between hisbeginnings with Ces and his brother DCQ as Urban ThermalDynamics in 1995, to his classic album with Talib Kwelias Black Star, all the way through to his criticallyacclaimed solo debut "Black on Both Sides" in 1999. It's pretty obvious that this set is a must for any fan of Mos Def!
