Xavier Rudd is an Australian singer/songwriter who can go from playing thunderously funky, deep bass didgeridoo, slide guitar and hand percussion jams(introduction/conceal me) to heartbreaking ballads (one short story, Where do we fit). New fans and the seasoned alike will love this album. Xavier often plays guitar, 3 didgeridoos and drums simultaneously creating huge grooves that would make an electronica group proud. His voice compares favourably with the likes of Eddie Vedder or Dave Matthews and his slide guitar playing is sometimes reminiscent of Ben Harper.
