Description
International terrorism is the storyline and Steven Seagal and Tom Sizemore are the heroes, Denis Hopper the bad guy, in this action-thriller about renegade cops out to save the city from certain disaster. Dennis Hopper is a mad bomber planting time bombs all over San Fransisco, and the only things standing in his way are Sizemore as a vengeful vice cop and Seagal, a bomb squad expert. Sizemore doesn’t absorb Seagal’s message concerning Zen and the art of ass-kicking, but the unlikely pair soon take out IRA-connected Hopper and foxy side-kick Jaime Pressly.
