THUNDERSTRUCK (2004)

An AC/DC concert, Sydney, 1991. At the front of the mosh pit are five devoted AC/DC fans having the night of their lives: Sonny (Damon Gameau – The Tracker), Ben (Stephen Curry – The Castle), Lloyd (Ryan Johnson – The Wannabes), Sam (Callan Mulvey – Heartbreak High) and Ronnie (Sam Worthington – Gettin' Square). They make a pact that, if any one of them should die, the others will bury him next to their idol, late Bon Scott.
Twelve years pass. The boys have drifted in different directions, none of them completely adjusted to the disappointment of adult life, when a bolt of lightning – a tragic echo of the last song they heard together at the AC/DC concert – changes everything. They decide to honour the pledge they once made to each other and take their dead friend to Bon Scott's final resting place.
As these once-close friends begin their quest, traveling across the country with the stolen remains of their mate to fulfill a promise they made to each other many years earlier, they have many obstacles to overcome.
