Description
Former Pixies frontman
Black Francis (a.k.a. Frank Black) releases this brand new 7 track mini-album which was written, recorded and mixed in just six days and on the 7th day, they created the artwork!
The band for this mini-album sees
Black Francis on guitar, vocals and harmonica, Jason Carter on drums and Violet Clark on bass. Jason Carter also produced the album which concerns itself with themes of nasty sex, nastier death and beautifully strange birth.
The album's title is a reference to the Irish mythological hero Cúchulainn, who was said to have seven fingers and seven toes. The songs "Seven Fingers" and "When They Come to Murder Me" also feature lyrics written from Cúchulainn's point of view.
