Description
Having bioengineered a virus that controls people, an evil scientist teams with a crooked CIA agent to steal a nuclear device and sell his virus technology. Meanwhile, a wrongfully convicted special op fighter and his crack team of commandos are given presidential pardons to go after the weapons and vanquish both the scientist and the agent in the end.
