Description
We are proud to present the debut album on ABC Classics of Australia's most widely renowned classical guitarist since John Williams Ð Slava Grigoryan. This album includes music by composer/guitarists such as Fernando Sor as well as arrangements and variations based on much loved works by composers the likes of Mozart, Handel and Paganini. Slava's younger brother, Leonard, makes his recording debut as the second guitarist on the famous work by Fernando Sor, L'encouragement, and Slava plays from the score of Paganini's 24th Violin Caprice, literally arranging the violin part for guitar as he plays. This album is highly anticipated and long awaited for by Slava's fans, and is bound to bring him new admirers as well.
