Beatallica is a worldwide sensation - a band that covers Beatles classics in the style of Metallica Fully authorized and produced with the blessing of the Beatles’ music publishers and Metallica.
Band consists of Jaymz Lennfield (vocals, guitar), Grg Hammettson (guitar), Kliff McBurtney (bass), and Ringo Larz (drums) – truly talented musicians who re-interpret the source material creatively with hilarious effect.
The songs on Sgt Hetfield’s Motorbreath Pub Band humorously combine music and lyrics from both bands, with additional nods to other metal and pop culture references.
Beatallica have been building a fanbase via live shows and the internet since 2001. In 2005, Metallica drummer Lars Ulrich helped diffuse legal action threatened by the copyright holders of the Beatles’ catalog, which cleared the way for the eventual release of this, Beatallica’s first fully authorized album.
