With two gold certified albums under their belts, one of Australia's most important young rock bands, KISSCHASY unleash their new album SEIZURES!
Produced by Rob Schnapf (The Vines, Beck, Powderfinger & Elliot Smith), SEIZURES is filled with powerhouse songs capturing the magic of a band approaching the summit of their powers on album number three – think Pinkerton, think Through Being Cool, think Nevermind. A band chock full of songs with melodies you'll be humming for a month. .
Songwriter/frontman Darren Cordeux came up with the album title after reading a book by Dr Oliver Sacks which described how physical seizures caused some patients to vividly recall long forgotten memories. Darren figured Seizures was therefore an apt title for the album because these songs were also written to help bring his personal experiences back to life.
In the time honoured tradition of many great Oz bands (eg: Midnight Oil, Cold Chisel) they’ve really hit their stride with this, their third album and they’re poised to become one of this country’s most significant rock groups.
