Description
'Rock 'n' Roll' (originally released 1975, #5 Australian Album Chart) has been remixed and remastered.
Lennon pays tribute to some of his Rock 'n' Roll heroes – Chuck Berry, Gene Vincent, Fats Domino, Little Richard, Ben E. King, Larry Williams, Buddy Holly, Lloyd Price and others and the new mixes make this record breathe like it has never done before.
In addition to the original album the new CD also contains four bonus tracks: 'To Know Her Is To Love Her' and 'Angel Baby' which were included in the 1986 release 'Menlove Avenue' and are featured here in a remastered form. 'Since My Baby Left Me' is a different version to the track included on 'Menlove Avenue' and is issued here for the first time.
The CD also includes the unused ending to 'Just Because' with a very special message.
