Description
At The Drive-In are the sort of band that only comes around once in a blue moon. Like bands like Jane's Addiction before them, they have landed on a music world seemingly not ready for them and have attracted an almost instant fanatical following. This is their fourth album, but it has enough energy to suggest the band just never sleeps, preferring to craft the sort of punk noise terror that was previously the exclusive domain of bands like Fugazi.
Tracks such as One Armed Scissor, Pattern Against User and Arcarsenal are as raw and furious as anything produced at the height of punk. Produced by the excellent Ross Robinson and mixed by the awesome Andy Wallace, this is full on rock at its very very best.
