RAMBO III (1988)

John Rambo is now living a secluded life in a Buddhist monastery in Thailand. When his close friend and mentor Colonel Trautman asks for his help with a top-secret mission in Afghanistan, Rambo declines. When Trautman proceeds without him and his captured by a ruthless Russian commander, Rambo is determined to rescue his friend. Armed with only a handful of glow sticks and a dozen detonators, Rambo travels to Pakistan where he meets with a group of freedom fighters who agree to lead him into Afghanistan.
