Piano For Fine Dining Creates That Perfect Tranquil Ambiance. This album is inspired by Classical themes with a hint of Jazz. The compositions are specifically for piano and the recording process captures a live sound with some of the pieces being a little quirky in nature. “Helene” the seventh track has an interesting history being written for an English Theatre in Hamburg’s production of “84 Charing Cross Road”, the Theatre Company commissioned Steven to compose the music for the play, whilst he was living and working in Europe. Premier Restaurants at Rose Bay and the Lower North Shore are playing “Piano For Fine Dining” where they find his beautiful music compliments their sophisticated dining environments.
