Description
When broke, but lovable attorney Frank Hopper fills out a survey and jokingly claims he earns a million dollars a year, he's soon the proud owner of over 200 pre-approved credit cards. He racks up $300,000 in charges to finance his latest get-rich-quick scheme an all-women's ice hockey league. But it's Frank who is put on ice when he's arrested for fraud. Deciding to handle his own case, Frank ends up with a total fool for a client, in this outrageous credit card comedy without limits.
