In Paris, a sweet, shy Michael Jackson impersonator (DIEGO LUNA) is befriended by a Marilyn Monroe lookalike (SAMANTHA MORTON), who quickly convinces him to come back to her home in Scotland, a commune populated exclusively by celebrity impersonators. Nestled in an old seaside castle, the residents of the commune – Abe Lincoln, Madonna, Little Red Riding Hood, Sammy Davis, Jr., the Pope, the Queen and The Three Stooges, among others – are busy preparing for a grand debut performance in their newly built theatre. Meanwhile, amongst an order of nuns in Latin America, a priest (legendary filmmaker WERNER HERZOG) discovers firsthand that miracles are possible.
