At the Winter Music Conference, a precious few test pressings were being circulated, one of which had been reserved for Danny Tenaglia's program at the Twisted America party. Reports differ from those who were at Groove Jet that night. Some say he played the record three times; some say he played it four times. Others swear Danny never took the disc off the turntable, mixing over, under, and throughout every other record in his set. On one thing they all agree . . . by the end of the party, everybody was a freakin' ! The buzz spread fast on both continents, infiltrating Billboard Reporters' charts in the States and both Danny Rampling's and Pete Tong's Radio 1 shows in England.
