G LOVE

G. Love is a perennial Australian music festival favourite, having previously toured with friend and label mate Jack Johnson, and now hot on the heels of his acclaimed last album The Hustle, comes Lemonade tart, tangy, smooth, and oh so lip-smacking sweet, the album is served straight up, G. Love and Special Sauce style. This is their second release for Brushfire Records, and the new album delivers a series of soul drenched tracks pouring out their blues infused hip-hop, which people have been trying to label for years. The album features collaborations from G. Love's long time friends Ben Harper, Jack Johnson and Marc Broussard, plus Blackalicious and Tristan Prettyman. The first smokin' single is Hot Cookin, featuring touring compadre Donavon Frankenreiter on guitar and vocals.
