Littlefoot worries that he’ll never grow as tall as other longnecks while Cera gets angry when she discovers that her dad finds a new girlfriend. Littlefoot spoils Nibbling Day, but he blames a herd of tiny mysterious mussauruses for his own misbehaviour. The angry grown-ups retaliate and cause an avalanche, which opens a tunnel from the Mysterious Beyond allowing two velociraptors entry to the Great Valley! The velociraptors wreak havoc until all of the dinosaurs including the disliked newcomers band together to chase them off. The Great Valley welcomes the brave little mussauruses, Cera learns to like her father’s new friend and Littlefoot learns that physical size isn’t so important after all
