A seven (or sometimes more) piece group, The Black Seeds produce a uniquely Pacifica blend of soul, funk, reggae and dub sounds that has set dance floors alight all over NZ. They always sell out venues around the country and have appeared in countless headline slots. The Australian edition of the album will feature two bonus remix tracks lifted from the Keep On Pushing remix album "Pushed", by Melbourne-based kiwi Jet Jaguar and LOOP Recordings label mate 50Hz. Bret McKenzie, the bands keyboard player became an internet superstar based on his bit part as an elf in Lord of the Rings!!!!
