JACKAL
When Terek Murad, a Russian mobster, decides to avenge his brothers death by declaring war on the FBI and the Russian militia, it forces the two superpowers to form an unlikely alliance. Murad has hired the Jackal, a notorious assassin, who is able elude authorities, partly because few people can actually identify him. IRA sniper, Declan Mulqueen is one of those few.
