When 16 year old Andi and her younger brother, Bruce, find themselves in a foster home with a strict “no pets” policy, they soon need to find a new home for their family dog named Friday. When they stumble upon an abandoned hotel, in no time, the kids have transformed the old hotel into a home for all the stray dogs in the city, filled with loads of cool inventions to keep the dogs entertained. But, they have also aroused the suspicions of the police who want to know - who let the dogs in?
