Description
‘The Hawk Is Howling’ is the new mega album from the overlords of heavy psychedelic rock noise Mogwai.
It’s 10 tracks of pure inexplicable menace. It’s 10 tracks of unrelenting bliss. Fluctuating somewhere in a world of tantalising splendor which is neither black nor white where the law abiding fear to tread. Woe betide the faint of heart.
The album was recorded with Andy Miller at Chemikal Underground, the first time they have worked together since Mogwai's Young Team debut, and mixed with Gareth Jones at Castle Of Doom, and the beautiful packaging for the record has been designed by their close friend Aidan Moffat.
