MUSIC: A fusion of the best pieces of Rock, Nu-Metal, Prog, Goth, Commercial, Industrial, Pop and Power, analytically sorted and packaged in a hard power product of musical prostitution.BACKROUND:A computer crash in Feris D'Nasti's Melbourne home in August 2003 was the instigator for a chance meeting that led to the creation of PTB. Feris D'Nasti, a solo artist writing in all genres of music from metal to pop met Robert Baskaran (bass).Within four weeks and after many audition and adverts in music stores and through the internet, Luke Ashby cemented his position as drummer and Emil Sharief (Morpheus) started as the Lead/Rhythm guitarist. Within one month of the band being together, they recorded a four track mini EP.Four months later and numerous auditions, Brett Bartlet replaced Emil as guitarist and the newly created position of Keyboard player/Samples trigger was filled by Chris McLean. Joel, another guitarist also joined the band, now making it a six piece.PTB Spent ten months in recording studio producing debut 10 track album called "Harvest" which will be released in the next coming weeks along with a CD launch and a film clip.The band has been reviewed as being massive in stage presence and unique in what they have to offer. Some have even suggested that on stage, Feris has the passion and energy of Freddie Mercury (Queen) meets Zack De la Rocha (RATM). Big call, I know but we will stand by that and so will the music.
