Description
This classic Australian suspense thriller centres on the fall-out from A-bomb tests around Maralinga in the early 1950s. Harvey Denton (
Colin Friels) is an apolitical cameraman drawn into a conspiracy after finding his father, an army photographer, compiled visual evidence of military wrong-doing in the tests, and sets out to find the missing films.
Jack Thompson, an ASIO agent, pressures him not to get involved; but an eccentric scientist (
Donald Pleasance) spurs
him on with stories of the thousands of veterans, aborigines and families who were adversely affected.
