Description

The year 2007 found Drowning Pool banking hard on dodging the Van Halen curse with their debut of a third lead vocalist. After a less than flattering one-album run with singer Jason "Gong" Jones, guitarist C.J. Pierce and company sound confident and reinvigorated by the presence of newcomer Ryan McCombs (formerly of Soil). FULL CIRCLE, which also marks the group's move to Eleven Seven Music, features a more vocally melodic approach, and shows a heavy nod to the influence of Alice In Chains.
