On Fight Test, The Flaming Lips offer another glimpse into their colorful world for both longtime fans and those experiencing The Flaming Lips for the first time on the heels of 2002's Yoshimi Battles The Pink Robots, their most widely acclaimed and best-selling album. Fight Test EP features live covers of "Can't Get You Out Of My Head," the Minogue Top 10 pop hit, and "The Golden Age," a track from Beck (with whom The Flaming Lips 2002-toured as artist and backing band) join a studio cover of Radiohead's "Knives Out." Along with "Fight Test" and a new version of "Do You Realize??" (the original is on Yoshimi) are the new recordings "The Strange Design Of Conscience" and "Thank You Jack White (For The Fiber Optic Jesus That You Gave Me)."
