Description
Young English lad Magnus Grove is forced into a strict British boarding school while his ill father (Edward Fox) recuperates.
Bullied and lonely, he ends up in trouble with the stern schoolmaster, Mr Longfellow nicknamed "The Raptor" (Horror superstar Christopher Lee), who bans him from a weekend visit with his ailing father. What can Magnus do? He ventures into the school's forbidden kitchen where he teams up with two other weekend outcasts to form a secret society dedicated to the art of cooking!
With the help of his father's recipes, Magnus rocks the establishment by preparing a series of delicious desserts each evening. Magnus' father has always maintained that the way to a woman's heart is through her stomach, so Magnus sets out to capture the stomach of the shy Miss Charlotte, "the Raptor's" beautiful daughter. Celebrating youthful rebellion and fine culinary skills, A FEAST AT MIDNIGHT is a delightfully atmospheric comedy for the whole family.
