Description
Maggie Beer is the Cook who revels in the food that each season of the year produces. Simon Bryant is the Chef who runs the large commercial kitchen of the Hilton Hotel. Together they explore their passion for food, they visit a couple of local producers whose crops are ready for the table and then take that produce back to Maggie's kitchen. Here they use Maggie's kitchen as a kind of laboratory as they share their skills, knowledge and love of cooking, producing dishes that are easy to replicate in our own kitchens, and along the way explaining and giving loads of helpful tips on how to best buy food and how to best cook it.He might be a Chef and she might insist on calling herself a Cook but together they take us into a world of food that might just change the way we eat.
