1984 Grand Final:

In 80 tense minutes, there was just one try to each of these great rivals but nobody could begrudge Canterbury's 6-4 success over Parramatta as the perfect way to celebrate their 50th anniversary.

1985 Grand Final:

For the second year in a row, there was nothing in it on the scoreboard. It ended up a gripping 7-6 but in truth, the Bulldogs were in total control throughout in another masterful example of getting it right on the only day that really counts.

1995 Grand Final:

A late season resurgence by Chris Anderson's men saw them win eleven of their last 13 matches, culminating in a shock 17-4 verdict at the Sydney Football Stadium over a much fancied Manly side that had lost just two games all year before that.
