Description
Classical influences inspire a completely eclectic and contemporary sound. Benoit Jutras' compositions were interpreted by six musicians. Quidam juxtaposes the voices of a man and a child to create a unique musical
texture. The solo was interpreted by Mathieu Lavoie, while the child's role was sung by 11-year old Audrey Brisson-Jutras, who also plays the cello. Audrey is Benoit Jutras' daughter.
Violins, cellos, percussion, saxophones, synthesizers, electric and classical guitars, and a variety of other stringed instruments are employed to express the full passion and intensity of the show.
