Description
A fitness routine designed to help the participant gain confidence and feel great. Led by superstar Cher, the program
has two segments. The first is a 38-minute "Hot Dance" routine that boosts the heart rate and metabolism. The dance steps are easy to follow and are a good aerobic lead-in to the toning section that completes the video. This section uses two heavy
rubber weight bands (not included with video) and uses moves that are designed to sculpt and tone the muscles. Light hand weights can be substituted for the bands if desired. This video is a companion to the 1991 video Cher Fitness: A New Attitude.
