Description
One of the major comedy hits of the 1970's, Carla Lane's Butterflies is centered around the everyday world of Ria Parkinson and her anxiety that her role in life has been reduced to one of a mere spectator whilst the best years are passing her by. Ria is married to Ben, a lugubrious dentist, who spends much time arguing with their sons - the thoughtful Russell and the ever cynical Adam.
