Description
Ex-CIA agent Jonathan Cold (SEAGAL) mysteriously surfaces on the agency’s radar when he springs a dangerous arms dealer from prison and escorts him back to the U.S. The CIA are shocked to discover that not only is Cold alive, he’s in the smack in the middle of a plot that will put a nuclear weapon into the hands of terrorists planning to detonate it in Los Angeles!
