Description
The Scared Weird Little Guys are John Fleming and Rusty Berther. Formed in Melbourne in 1990 the SWLG's burst on to the live comedy scene in a frenzy of harmony, hilarity and broken guitar strings.
The SWLG's have appeared on every major television show in the last ten years including Hey Hey it's Saturday, The Midday Show, Tonight live with Steve Vizard, Good Morning Australia, The Footy Show, The Today Show, Denise, Today Tonight, A Current Affair, and the Sale of the Century Gift Shop (a highlight).
The Scaredies have released three CD singles, "Bloody Jeff"," The Macadamia" and "Death Lounge" and two full length CD's, "Scared", "Live! at 42 Walnut Crescent" & now the new album "Bits & Pieces".
Bits & Pieces has been available on the SWLG's website for some time now but due to some high profile radio slots across the Triple M Network Nationally where they consistently compose the "Song Of The Week" feature each Friday morning meant this record had to be released to retail. Around half the tunes from this album stem from the "Song Of The Week" from the latter half of last year. The other half from Triple M's drive show (Vic, NSW, SA & QLD) called "Stump The Scaredies" segments.
