Sharon O'Neill was one of the biggest Australian pop/rock artists of the early Eighties.
Sharon's brilliant song-writing and electrifying live performances helped her build a solid fan base across Australia.
Originally from NZ, Sharon relocated to Australia for the release of her first album "Words" in 1980 & went on to have three successful albums with CBS - Words, Maybe & Foreign Affairs culminating in her biggest hit "Maxine".
Sharon later recorded two albums for Polygram in1988 and 1990.
After taking timeout for family, Sharon is back on the road touring with Leo Sayer though August, September and October and has solo gigs booked into 2006.
This album is the first ever comprehensive overview of Sharon's recording career with tracks from CBS, ABC, Polygram and the recent "When The Cat's Away Live" album.
