Description
Coming in at over 78 minutes and 32 tracks, As Easy As 1-2-3 brings together three original JAN & DEAN albums from 1963, 1964 and 1966. These albums, produced by Jan Berry and engineered by Bones Howe, feature vocal contributions from the two clown princes of pop as well as Brian Wilson, Mike Love, Glen Campbell, P.F. Sloan, and Gary Usher; and musical contributions from Campbell, Sloan, Leon Russell, Hal Blaine, Larry Knechtel, and Steve Douglas. Tracks include ‘Sidewalk Surfin’’, ‘Summer Means Fun’, ‘She’s My Summer Girl’, ‘Surf Route 101’, ‘One-Piece Topless Bathing Suit’, ‘I Gotta Drive’ and a rare early (and longer) version of ‘Dead Man’s Curve’.
