Did Angel Cruz vanish or did she die? Ten years later, the body's of Angle's former classmates begin showing up.dead.very dead! Is the ghost of Angel Cruz committing these murders, or has he spirit possessed some on still living? One of Angel's former classmates, Gabriel, now a handsome forensic doctor, starts to investigate what is happening. Will Gabriel uncover the truth of the Black Angel or will he die trying?
