The Aerobics Oz team are back. Influenced by the Martial Arts form of kick-boxing except they are not out to pulverise anybody. They are doing what they do best keeping people fit in the comfort of their own home.
Wendi Carroll introduces the Kick-A-Robics segments with basic instruction and Technique commentary before beginning with the Warm up.
Michelle Dean takes over with Cardio Combo then team leader
June Jones presents 10 minutes of Muscle Conditioning. June's also in charge of the Cool Down and Stretch for the final eight minutes.
