GASLIGHT ANTHEM

New Brunswick, NJ band The Gaslight Anthem are releasing their second full-length album (and their first for SideOneDummy Records) hot on the heels of their first Australian tour in late July/ early August of 2008. ‘The ’59 Sound’ is produced by Ted Hutt (Chuck Ragan, Flogging Molly, Street Dogs, Bouncing Souls) and follows their debut album ‘Sink Or Swim’ and more recent CDEP ‘Senor And The Queen’. Thanks to relentless touring, amazing performances and some classic rock songwriting, The Gaslight Anthem has generated a striking amount of attention. In 2007, The Gaslight Anthem played over 200 shows with bands such as Against Me!, Bouncing Souls, The Loved Ones and The Draft. ‘Sink Or Swim’ was released mid 2007 to widespread acclaim and was included in dozens of ‘Top 10 of 2007’ lists.
