What is
All customers who purchase with Chaos.com are required to set up an account. You are required to set up a username and password which will give you access to your purchase history and current order status, delivery address information and bonus services like creating a wishlist, using our exclusive artist/genre watch service and the option to receive our newsletter service.

My Account is your own personal record of your Chaos.com details. This is where you can access and update all your account information. If you want to review or change your password or delivery addresses, this is where you go. We will also keep track of your purchase history so that you can review your past purchases at a glance.
In the My Account section you can change:

Review Purchase History
This allows you to check all of the product, delivery and payment details for any purchases made whilst logged in as a member.
This allows you to confirm order details and track orders so you know whether your order has been dispatched yet and with which delivery service.
'On order' refers to an order that has been received and is being processed by our Operations team. An order that has been 'despatched', has left our distribution centre and is in the safe hands of one of our delivery partners.
Password Details
You can change your password at any time. Your old password must be entered to allow for this. If you cannot remember the password, please contact us at info@chaos.com and we will give you hints as to what it may be. Like financial institutions we will not tell you your password over the phone or via email as this may not be secure. Your privacy is very important to us so please select a password hint that will genuinely remind you of your password.
Change your delivery details
To speed up the purchase process, members can provide saved delivery addresses to appear on the delivery page. Members can edit or delete an existing address and also enter new addresses in this area.
Change your registration details
Update your personal details to ensure that we can keep in contact with you.
Log in / Logout
Log in to your account by entering your Email Address / Username and password into the account login section. You can get to this section by selecting 'Log in' from the header navigation.
To confirm whether you are logged in, check the top right-hand side of the screen.
To logout, select the 'Logout' link from the header navigation.
We're making shopping at Chaos.com even easier for our members. We're using personalisation to make it simpler for members to log in, view their Wishlist and use our other great services.
Of course, shopping at Chaos.com is still 100% safe and secure.
Personalisation simply means that our server recognises members who return to Chaos.com from a computer they've used to shop here before. There's a personal welcome in the top right hand corner and members can access My Wishlist immediately.
To enable personalisation, simply check the box next to 'Remember me' in the member login fields when you next log in.
We will automatically display your email address to make logging in easier.
All of your personal details like saved addresses and past purchases will remain protected by your password.
By using our Wishlist service you can create a list of products you really want. You can add and remove products as you wish and even send your list to friends or family for gift ideas, you can also post a link to your wishlist on your own personal website or blog. We also have an alert service for any coming soon products on your list. It offers a reminder email closer to the date your product is being released.
To start your wishlist, click on the ADD TO WISHLIST button located on all product pages, and the product will be instantly added to your Wishlist if you are logged in, if you are not logged in, you will be asked to before the product is added to your Wishlist.
To access your wishlist at any time, all you need to do is log into your Chaos.com account using your user name and password and click on Wishlist to view.
Sometimes it's hard to keep up with your favourite artists releases. We've developed a very simple service that alerts you each time your favourite artist has a new product added to our site. As soon as a product is confirmed for release, we add it to the site (this can be as far ahead as 3 months). Soon after, depending on your selection, you will receive a non-intrusive email with as much information as we have on the release. You can then pre order it, and get Free Postage, or simply do nothing.
To start your artist watch list, you can select one or many artists or actors you are interested in by clicking on the ADD TO ARTIST WATCH button located on the product pages of each item. You can then change your selections at any time by going to the Artist Watch page from your My Account page.
Genre Watch 
So you know you like pop music and romantic movies, but have no idea what to buy or when things are being released. You just don't have time to scroll through new releases and check out the charts. Genre Watch can keep you informed and up to date by receiving a weekly customised email for all releases within your preferred music or movies style.
For example: you can choose to receive new releases for any CD releases for Hardcore Rock, Punk and any Romantic movies that have been released. You can add as many Genres as you like and totally customise your email.
To start your genre watch list, you can select one or many movies genres or music genres you are interested in by clicking the ADD TO GENRE WATCH button, located on the top of all genre listing pages. You can then change your selections at any time by going to the Genre Watch page.
Once a week we send a non-intrusive email to our customers advising what's on sale, coming up, what's hot and what competitions we have going. We all know how annoying emails are, so we always consider your time and privacy. Chaos.com Music Mail is short, sharp and to the point.
If you prefer a more customised newsletter for your style of music and movies we suggest ARTIST or GENRE watch.
Redeeming vouchers on line
You can use a Chaos.com voucher to pay for your order.
You may purchase any items that are greater than the value of your Gift Voucher by using your credit card to cover the additional cost.
Purchasing Online Vouchers
We've created a range of Gift Vouchers that can all be redeemed 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
These Online Vouchers can only be used online at Chaos.com. There are three Chaos.com Online Voucher options:
- Email - An electronic voucher - you choose the amount you wish to spend and we'll email the voucher to your recipient.
- Paper - A paper voucher - you choose the amount you wish to spend and we'll mail the voucher to your recipient.
- Print - A special voucher that you can print out at home and give in person.

From time to time we work with different partners offering various promotions and offers. You will often see a brand logo located on the shopping cart page that requires a code to be entered. This only applies in conjunction with the promotion at the time. There are no specific terms and conditions for promotions. Please see your promotional code issuer for the terms and conditions.
