Signing In to your account

You can Sign In to your Chaos.com account as soon as you arrive on the website by clicking on the Sign In link at the top of the page. You can also choose to Sign In to your account when you have selected your products to purchase and click on the "Proceed To Secure Checkout" button.

Changing your details

You can only update or change details in your account when you are Signed In to your account. Click on My Account link on the top of the page. Select from the options shown on the left hand side of the page appropriate to your needs.

If you want to change your delivery address after you have just placed an order, we suggest that you contact us as your order may have already been despatched.

Purchase history

You can only access this information once Signed In. Select the Purchase History option shown on the left hand side of the page.

Accessing your wishlist, artist and genre watch lists

You can only access this information once logged in. Select appropriate option shown on the left hand side of the page.

If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, please contact our customer service consultants by emailing info@chaos.com or by calling +61 3 9412 3596 and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Refunds and exchanges will not be processed unless you have received a Return Authority Number.
