First Time UsersNew customersSetting up a Chaos.com accountIf this is your first time shopping at Chaos.com you will need to set up a new account. All customers require an account to purchase. It only takes a couple of minutes and once registered you can start shopping straight away and it will save you time when you order in the future.

Then, imagine as you search for a product that you are carrying a shopping cart in which you can place the products you'd like to buy. When you find a product you like, click on the 'Add to Cart' button and that product will be placed in your Shopping Cart. Your shopping cart will appear on the right had side of the page and display product you have added. At any time you can click on this box and it will take you directly to the shopping cart page.
What if I change my mind?After you click 'Add to Cart', your Shopping Cart Contents will be displayed. On this page you can:
Click 'Continue Shopping' to choose more products and add them to your Shopping Cart. Please note - If you change your currency while on the shopping cart page you will be redirected to the Home page. All of your products will still remain in your shopping cart. Please also note, that if you add a gift voucher to your cart in one type of currency, then select a differenct currency from the drop down menu, this gift voucher will be removed from your shopping cart. What happens when I've finished shopping?When you've finished choosing, click the "Proceed to our Secure Checkout" button underneath your Shopping Cart Contents. Delivery locations & delivery costsOnce you have selected your products, it's time to tell us where you want them sent. Your account address will be automatically saved in the delivery details section for you to select. However, if you are sending to an alternative address you just need to select Add Shipping Address and enter the new address details. You can also save that address for future reference. Delivery times for international orders do vary and depends on destination. Please allow up to 4 weeks for international delivery. *Please note, gaming hardware is only shipped to Australian addresses. Only orders that are shipped to Australian addresses will be charged GST. International orders do not incur a GST charge despite an amount being shown at the shopping cart page. Product Availability & Status* CHRISTMAS SHIPPING INFORMATION While we cannot guarantee delivery for any given date we recommend you place your orders before the 13th December if you need to get them wrapped & placed under the tree in time for Christmas. Our warehouse staff will be working right through until Christmas Day, so even if you order after this date, and depending if the item/s are in stock, there is a chance you may get it in time for the big day. We do however, strongly suggest you get your Christmas orders sorted early so no one misses out come December 25th. In-stock now: Usually ships within 24 hours. To Order: This product is not currently in stock. Further down the page we give you the estimated despatch times - eg: Availability: Estimated despatch 5-10 days after ordering. Pre Order: This product has not been released as yet and will display a future date. Terms and Conditions - Information Provided by You BPay (Australian customers only)BPAY is a convenient and simple way to pay for your online order. Using this method ensures that your personal details are not transmitted via the Internet. Simply choose the 'Offline Payment by Phone or Fax including BPAY' option on the payment page of your order. BPAY transactions will take 24 hours to be processed. Select I will pay using BPAY Once you have submitted your order you will receive an order confirmation page that will advise our Biller Code as well as your Reference number for your order. You will need these details when you contact your bank, credit union or building society to make this payment from your cheque or savings. Gift vouchersYou may purchase any items that are greater than the value of your Gift Voucher by using your credit card to cover the additional cost. Chaos.com customers can track the balance of any Gift Vouchers they may have in My Account. Gift Vouchers can only be redeemed in the same currency that they were issued in. For example, if you have been given a Chaos gift voucher in US Dollars, then you must select US Dollars from the drop down menu in the top right hand corner and checkout in this currency. You will not be able to redeem your voucher in any other currency.
