Sydney-based Three Point Tilt have carved their own brand of progressive, melodic rock spiked with political concepts and layers of rhythmic harmony. ‘Prophets & Lies’ is a result of the band honing their skills creating a sound more melodic but by no means less powerful than what has earned them supports in the past with the likes of Grinspoon, Cog, Test Eagles and The Butterfly Effect. This first single (from the album due early 2004) clearly indicates the bands intention to combine a great rock sound with a powerful and purposeful lyrical content.
